Cherokee Golf Instruction

The Wisconsin PGA has recognized the Cherokee staff for “Teachers of the Year” four times. Cherokee’s teaching method is to build relationships with each player by prescribing golf fundamentals to improve his or her skill level through visual, audio, and kinesthetic learning.

Cherokee’s instructional golf program offers:

Membership is not required for individual or group lessons!

Cherokee Country Club’s club fitting mission is to ensure properly fitting equipment throughout the entire set, which will assist in maximizing a golfer’s performance.

Get Golf Ready

Four weeks of group instruction preparing golfers for the course. Primarily focused for beginning or intermediate golfer types. Topics covered will be full swing, chipping and pitching, putting, bunker play, etiquette, basic rules, and playing the course.

Ladies Night Out

Grab a friend and join us every other Wednesday for a fun and relaxed evening at the course. We will cover a variety of golf topics throughout the summer and have a little fun while improving your game!
Beginning May 29th

Saturday Mornings with Joe

Weekly morning (9am) golf clinics covering all areas of the game of golf.

The instructional sessions will be roughly 45 minutes in length and feature a different topic each week.

$10 per participant

Junior Golf Program

Open to junior golf members & children of golf members

  • Ages 13 & under
  • Starting in May and concluding in July
  • A perfect opportunity to continue developing skills, to compete and play with other clubs
